一、为什么要实行经济员资格考试制度?什么时候实行这个制度? 答:为了加强经济专业队伍建设,提高广大基层人员业务素质,合理选拔人才,促进各项经济工作的发展,有必要在总结首次专业技术职务评聘工作的基础上,逐步建立客观、公正的社会评价机制。人事部制定了《经济员资格考试暂行规定》和《实施办法》,决定在全国组织经济员资格考试,进行“以考代评”、“评聘(任)分开”的试点。这是建立考试制度的重要部署。通过考试,取得任职资格,具有公开、平等、竞争的特点,有利于更科学地选拔人才,有利于贯彻德才兼备的干部政策。有利于加强经济专业队伍建设,受到广大经济专业人员的欢迎。
