关于徐根宝的传说很多。有人说他狂妄自大,目中无人;有人说他思维独特,敏而好学;有人说他剑走偏锋,爱走捷径;有人说他不循规蹈矩,富有创造性;有人说他严肃刻板,管起队员来爱用前后两把锁;有人说他有人格上的魅力,走到哪里哪里有人跟着他……。 由于跟徐指导少有接触,所以不熟,根据我为人处事的原则,尚不习惯用别人下的断语去推断一位我的采访对象。尽管我事先读了一些跟徐指导相熟的记者所做的文章,这些文章对于我实在是有点隔靴搔痒,另外我还怕弄不好反倒落得个饮鸩止渴适得其反的效果。与其那样,不如亲自前往探个虚实。于是便有了记者的韶关之行,而我对徐指导的采访就是在韶关开往广州的火车上进行的。

Although I read some articles by journalists who are familiar with Xu’s guidance beforehand, these articles really tickle me, and I’m afraid I can not help but get the opposite effect. In that case, it is better to personally explore the actual situation. So there was a reporter’s visit to Shaoguan, and my interview with Xu was conducted on a train bound for Guangzhou from Shaoguan.
