鈣克斯的質量好坏,直接影响着压成片子的外观,我在实际工作中体会到下面几个問題,是值得注意的。 (1)黑点、木層、竹層的間題:这些異物主要是原料島洛託品、氯化鈣等中夾杂的,或是操作过程中掉进去的。因此必須严格控制原料及各个生产工序,不过原料夾杂有異物,可以在原料配成溶液时濾过除去,若工序控制不好,结果产品还是会發現異物。 (2)红点、润点(玉色花斑)、顏色变黄的間题:紅点系在生产过程中接触铁的工具所致,故必須尽可能做到不用铁器,在潮湿的情况下,絕对避免使用铁器。
