舞蹈高级人才的培养是我国舞蹈事业蓬勃发展的基石。目前国内的舞蹈硕士研究生起步较晚,每年的舞蹈硕士毕业生数量不多。但从近年来舞蹈硕士研究生毕业流向情况来看,大多数面临转岗转行的问题。这一结果使我们不得不思考舞蹈高级人才的培养面临产销脱节的问题。这一问题已经成为舞蹈高级人才培养的关键。产需相结合、扩大专业需求量亦是解决问题的关键。
The cultivation of dance talents is the cornerstone of the vigorous development of our dance cause. At present, the domestic master’s degree in dance starts relatively late, and there are not many dance master’s graduates each year. However, in recent years, the master’s degree in dance graduated from the flow situation, most face the problem of job switching. This result makes us have to think about the cultivation of dance senior talent is facing the issue of production and marketing out of touch. This issue has become the key to cultivating dance talents. The combination of production and demand, to expand the demand of professional is also the key to solve the problem.
