2013年最重要的事件,是中共成功召开了十八届三中全会。会议通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》作出了全面深化改革的战略部署,明确了未来改革的重点领域和重大举措,构建了未来改革的宏伟蓝图,极大地丰富了中国特色改革道路的内涵,对于开创改革开放的新局面,具有划时代的意义。2014年是全面贯彻落实十八届三中全会精神、全面深化改革的第一年,改革任务重大而艰巨。做好2014年港口经济工作,要求把改革创新贯穿于港口经济各个领域各个环节中。
The most important incident in 2013 was the successful convening of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee by the CPC. The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Government on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform” passed at the meeting made a strategic plan for deepening the reform comprehensively, clarified the key areas and measures for future reforms, built the grand blueprint for future reforms and greatly enriched the Chinese characteristics The connotation of the road to reform has an epoch-making significance in creating a new situation in reform and opening up. The year 2014 marks the first year of fully implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and deepening the reform in an all-round way. The task of reform is momentous and arduous. Doing the port economy in 2014 requires that the reform and innovation run through all aspects of the port economy in all areas.
