充血性心力衰竭(CHF)是由于诸多原因引起的心肌结构和功能的改变,导致心室充盈和射血障碍而引起的一组复杂的临床症候群[1],发病率和病死率高,严重危害着人们的身体健康,尤其是老年患者,多脏器功能减退,对一些药物治疗难易耐受。我们在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上,加用美托洛尔治疗老年CHF66例,取得了较好疗效,现报告如下。
