随着高血压患者逐年增多,降压药物被广泛应用,合理选用降压药很关键。福辛普利为血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂,坎地沙坦为血管紧张素受体拮抗剂,二者在不同水平上阻滞肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统而达到降压效果,本文研究福辛普利和坎地沙坦单用及合用对于原发性轻中度高血压的降压疗效和安全性,为临床正确选择降压药提供可靠依据。
With the increasing number of hypertensive patients, antihypertensive drugs are widely used, the rational selection of antihypertensive drugs is the key. Fosinopril is an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, and candesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker, both of which at different levels block the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system to achieve a hypotensive effect. To study the antihypertensive effects and safety of fosinopril and candesartan on patients with essential mild to moderate hypertension and to provide a reliable basis for the correct choice of antihypertensive drugs in clinic.
