苏州新创建设发展有限公司是为适应苏州对外开放和新区开发建设的需要,于1991年4月由苏州市新区经济发展集团总公司、中国新技术创业投资公司和中国新技术创业国际投资公司(香港)三方合资成立的苏州市首家中外合资房地产开发企业,也是最早实施综合开发的房地产企业之一,是具有二级房地产开发资质的企业。公司注册资本383万美元,总投资为500万美元。公司自开业以来,累计开发建设各类建筑69.7万平方米,建筑工程合格率为100%,优良率为62.3%。公司开发的主要项目有:标准厂房、专用厂房、高层写字楼、联幢和双拼别墅、打工楼、普通多层住宅及配套实施项目,为新区的开发建设和招商引资发挥了积极的作用。
