目的：观察激光探通和甲基纤维素注入对泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效。方法：应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ 激光，在特制的泪道探针的引导下，对阻塞部位进行击射，治疗功率１０ ～１５ Ｗ。结果：随访９６ 例１４２ 眼，经３ ～１２ 个月的疗效观察，治愈率达９５－４％ 。结论：使用激光疏通阻塞的泪道辅以甲基纤维作充填剂能提高治愈率。
Objective: To observe the effect of laser probing and methylcellulose injection on lacrimal duct obstructive disease. Methods: The Nd: YAG laser was used to fire the obstruction site under the guidance of a special lacrimal probe with a therapeutic power of 10-15 W. Results: The follow-up of 96 cases of 142 eyes, after 3 to 12 months of observation, the cure rate was 95-4%. Conclusion: Laser dredging blocking lacrimal duct supplemented with methyl cellulose as filler can improve the cure rate.
