目的 :建立HPLC法测定利福平胶囊含量。方法 :采用C18柱为固定相 ,乙腈 0 .0 4mol·L-1磷酸二氢铵 ( 4 0 :70 )为流动相 ,UV检测波长 3 3 4nm。结果 :浓度在 2 2 .4~ 112 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好r =0 .9997,平均回收率 10 0 .7% ,RSD =1.0 % (n =5 )。结论 :该法具有操作简便、结果准确的优点。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rifampicin capsules. Methods: C18 column was used as the stationary phase. Acetonitrile 0.4mol·L -1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (40:70) was used as the mobile phase, UV detection wavelength was 3334nm. Results: The linearity was good at a concentration range of 2 2 .4-112 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9997). The average recovery was 100.7% and RSD was 1.0% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method has the advantages of simple operation and accurate result.
