患者张×,男,35岁,农民,河北来源县人。1984年8月1日因上吊车时未站稳掉下,颈部两侧被矿车挟住,身子悬空约15分钟。当时意识丧失约20分钟,醒后只感觉颈部和背部疼痛。8月6日下午4时在谈话中突然出现失语,左侧偏瘫。于8月8日入院。查体,左利,血压130/100,体温37℃,脉搏72次/分,呼吸18次/分。嗜睡,混合性失语,右霍纳氏征(Horner)(+)。颈部两侧皮肤有1.5×6cm长两个条状伤痕,红肿。右颈动脉搏动弱,未闻血管性杂音。左中枢性面瘫,伸舌偏左,左上下肢中枢性瘫,肌力0～Ⅰ°,肌张力
