近些年来,我国房地产市场空前活跃,与此同时,建筑工程量每年都增多,但是建筑质量却呈现出日趋下降趋势,尤其是在一些建筑工程质量的通病问题上。房屋建筑工程的质量问题不仅会影响到开发商投资的有效性,对居民的生活和安全问题造成直接的影响,还会影响到房地产行业健康持续的发展,甚至关系到一个国家经济和社会的稳定,故要高度重视房屋建筑的质量问题。本文的重点就是详细分析如何才能够更有效的实现对房屋建筑工程的质量监督管理,以期为相关企业以及施工单位提供一定的参考和借鉴。
