随着我国教育改革以及教育体制制度的不断完善,当下我国的教育水平和质量也在不断提高。教育涉及很多方面,中等职业教育作为我国高中教育阶段的重要组成部分,每年为我国输送大量的初级、中级等技术人才,为我国经济的发展奠定了坚实的基础。近几年随着中职学校学生人数的不断增加,新形势下也对中职教育的教育管理等方面提出了新的要求。班主任作为学生的教育者和管理者,在学生的成长、学习等各个方面起着重要的作用。好的管理者可以对学生进行高质量教学以及提供指导,高质量的教学和指导是学生顺利迈入社会,成为社会人才的保证。反之,若班主任不能及时进行科学有效的管理,将会对中职学生的学习和成长产生不利影响。结合现在部分中职院校中班主任管理工作中存在的问题对新形势下中职班主任管理工作的改革展开一系列探讨和分析。
With the continuous improvement of our education reform and education system, the education level and quality of our country are also constantly increasing. Education involves many aspects. Secondary vocational education, as an important part of our high school education, conveys a large number of primary and secondary technical personnel to our country each year, laying a solid foundation for the economic development of our country. In recent years, with the continuous increase in the number of students in secondary vocational schools, the new situation also put forward new requirements on the education management of secondary vocational education. As a student educator and manager, the teacher in charge of class plays an important role in all aspects of student’s growth and study. Good managers can provide students with high-quality teaching and guidance, high-quality teaching and guidance is a smooth entry of students into society, as a social talent guarantee. On the contrary, if the head teacher can not conduct scientific and effective management in time, it will adversely affect the learning and growth of secondary vocational students. Combined with the problems existing in the management of mid-level teachers in some vocational colleges nowadays, this paper explores and analyzes a series of reforms in the management of mid-level teachers under the new situation.
