中等职业教育作为我国教育事业的重要组成部分,担负着为生产一线培养专业技能型人才的重任,班主任工作是中等职业学校日常管理工作的重要保障,班主任的管理方式直接影响到中职学生的学习。对中职院校的班主任工作提出了几点建议。
Secondary vocational education, as an important part of education in our country, shoulders the heavy responsibility of cultivating professional skilled talents for the production line. The work of teacher in charge of a class is an important guarantee for the daily management of secondary vocational schools. The management of class teacher directly affects the learning of secondary vocational students . Some suggestions are put forward for the class teacher in vocational colleges.
