颅内脂肪瘤约占颅内肿瘤的0.34～0.46％。过去的病例多在尸检中偶被发现。自CT应用后,因颅内脂肪瘤的好发部位及其特征性的CT表现,多数病例生前可确诊。本文报导1例胼胝体脂肪瘤及1例罕见的鞍区脂肪瘤。
Intracranial lipoma accounts for about 0.34 ~ 0.46% of intracranial tumors. In the past, many cases were found in the autopsy. Since the CT application, because of the predilection sites of intracranial lipoma and its characteristic CT manifestations, most cases can be confirmed before their death. This article reports a case of corpus callosum lipoma and a case of rare sellar lipoma.
