目的:探讨护理标识化管理应用于新生儿科室中的效果。方法:将温州医科大学附属第二医院2015年6月~2016年6月接收的300名新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用自制的标识牌进行管理,对护理满意度、意外事件发生和投诉情况进行统计。结果:观察组护理中意外事件、差错事件及投诉的概率低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度为98%,明显高于对照组的91.33%(P<0.05)。结论:标识化管理能有效降低护理差错率及投诉率,提高患者满意度,提升温州医科大学附属第二医院护理质量和效率。
Objective: To explore the effect of nursing identification management in neonatal department. Methods: 300 newborns received from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group was treated with routine nursing Self-made signage management, nursing satisfaction, accidents and complaints statistics. Results: The probability of accidents, error events and complaints in the nursing group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate was 98%, significantly higher than that of the control group (91.33%, P <0.05). Conclusion: The marked management can effectively reduce the nursing error rate and complaint rate, improve patient satisfaction, improve the quality of care and efficiency of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University.
