At present, there are several kinds of psychological barriers in postal employee education. In my opinion, they are a stumbling block to the education of workers and staff. If we fail to overcome them and eliminate them, the effect of staff education will inevitably be greatly reduced. First, some grassroots leaders have vague understanding and short-term behavior. After implementing the system of economic contract responsibility, the post office staff, funds, and business lots all have provisions. When a work-study conflict occurs, some grassroots leaders think that training is good but it can not solve realistic problems and stabilize the status quo.
