我院1986～1992年住院患儿中发生呼吸心跳骤停(CPA),经复苏失败110例,现分析如下。 临床资料 男76例,女34例。新生儿55例,～1岁40例,～3岁9例,～7岁4例,～12岁2例,原发病中肺部感染43例,颅内出血12例,败血症10例,新生儿硬肿症6例,缺氧缺血性脑病、RDS、颅内感染、肠炎伴营养不良各5例,其他疾病19例。直
Respiratory Cardiac arrest (CPA) occurred in hospitalized children from 1986 to 1992 in our hospital. After the failure of resuscitation, 110 cases were analyzed as follows.
