唐山市丰润区由于地域广、校点多,加之师资力量匮乏、教师日常工作量繁重等特点,综合实践活动的推进与开发遇到了诸多困难。如何在这样的条件下常态化推进综合实践活动,实现区域性常规指导与管理,是我们面对的困惑,也是亟待解决的难题。我们结合本区的实际情况及特点,进行了不断的尝试与探索,逐步形成了依托网络平台开展区域教研的模式,在虚拟的教研平台上,全区各小学随时交流互动、分享研讨,并与传统教研形式相结合,开展具有区域特色的教研活动。
