近几年来,三座标测量机已成为模具制造中的一种主要测量工具。其测量方法大致上可分为以下两种方式:(1)接触式测量这是对模具零件和冲压件等采用机械式的由硬测头、接触信号测头或仿形测头与被测物相触取得各测量的数据。(2)非接触式测量这是用显微镜和 CCD 摄象机与集成电路接线框架、集成电路封装件和精密塑件等被测物在不接触的状态下获得测量点的数据。
