湖南省卫生经济学会1990年年会,于1990年10月23～24日在长沙市召开。出席会议的代表共60人,收到论文23篇,到会交流16篇。会议就卫生经济方面的若干问题,展开了热烈的讨论。一、关于卫生事业计划与市场的讨论多数同志认为,卫生事业总的来说,是以计划为主,但是,也不能低估市场机制对卫生事业的发展、建设在一定范围内的作用。不恰当地强调计划包揽,或者过份强调市场调节的作用,在政策指导上,无疑都是有害的。正确的做法应当是,既要充分有效地发挥卫生事业计划的优越性,又要充分有效地发挥医疗卫生市场的有利功能,努力避
The 1990 Annual Meeting of the Hunan Provincial Health Economics Association was held in Changsha from October 23 to October 24, 1990. A total of 60 representatives attended the meeting, received 23 papers, and had 16 exchanges. The meeting held a lively discussion on several issues related to health and economy. I. Discussion on the Health Care Plan and the Market Most comrades believe that the health industry is generally based on plans. However, the role of the market mechanism in the development and construction of the health industry cannot be underestimated. It is undoubtedly harmful for policy guidance to improperly emphasize planning or to overemphasize the role of market regulation.
