目的 :通过检测非小细胞肺癌组织中ANGPTL4基因的表达 ,探讨其与肺癌发生的相互关系。方法 :用RT PCR法检测ANGPTL4mRNA在人非小细胞肺癌组织、癌旁肺组织、正常肺组织中的表达。结果 :人正常肺组织中ANGPTL4mRNA的表达是癌旁肺组织高的 1 19倍 ,是非小细胞肺癌组织的 2 19倍。结论 :非小细胞肺癌的发生与ANGPTL4基因的低表达有关 ,ANGPTL4可能是肺癌一新的候选抑癌基因。
Objective : To investigate the relationship between the expression of ANGPTL4 gene and the occurrence of lung cancer in non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Methods : RT PCR was used to detect the expression of ANGPTL4 mRNA in human non-small cell lung cancer tissues, adjacent lung tissues and normal lung tissues. RESULTS: The expression of ANGPTL4 mRNA in human normal lung tissue was 119-fold higher than that in para-cancerous lung tissue and 2 19-fold higher than that in non-small-cell lung cancer. Conclusion: The occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer is related to the low expression of ANGPTL4 gene. ANGPTL4 may be a new candidate tumor suppressor gene for lung cancer.
