目的 观察砷、氟、黄绿青霉素和 T-2毒素对 SGC-790 1细胞基因组 DNA的损伤作用及特点。方法 染毒剂量 10μmol/ L ,染毒后 4h应用单细胞凝胶电泳技术结合“彗星图像分析系统”检测 DNA损伤。结果 Na As O2 组尾长明显大于对照组 ;Na F组拖尾率显著高于对照组 ;CIT组总拖尾率、尾长和尾动量均高于对照组 ;而 T-2毒素组各指标均高于对照组。结论 Na As O2 、Na F、CIT和 T-2毒素均可引起 DNA损伤 ,但各有特点 ,说明它们引起 DNA损伤的机制可能是不同的
Objective To observe the effect of arsenic, fluorine, yellow penicillin and T-2 toxin on the DNA damage of SGC-7901 cells. Methods DNA damage was detected by single cell gel electrophoresis combined with “comet image analysis system” at a dose of 10 μmol / L and 4 h after exposure. Results The tail length of Na As O2 group was significantly larger than that of the control group; the tailing rate of Na F 2 group was significantly higher than that of the control group; the total tailing rate, tail length and tail tails of CIT group were higher than those of the control group; All higher than the control group. Conclusions Both Na As O2, Na F, CIT and T-2 toxin can cause DNA damage, but each has its own characteristics, indicating that the mechanisms by which they cause DNA damage may be different
