我院自2000年5月至2002年1月住院分娩总数3205例,发生持续性枕后位(POPP)180例,占562%。180例中初产妇154例,经产妇26例,产妇年龄平均2726岁。全部产妇均经骨盆内测量,发现骨盆狭窄4例,畸形骨盆1例,占289%。孕周37~41+6周。180例中自然分娩12例(667%),胎吸助产10例(556%),
In our hospital from May 2000 to January 2002 3205 total number of hospital deliveries, sustained persistent posterior position (POPP) 180 cases, accounting for 562%. Among the 180 cases, 154 were primipara and 26 were mothers. The average age of women was 2726 years old. All the mothers were measured by the pelvis and found 4 cases of pelvic stenosis, 1 case of abnormal pelvis, accounting for 289%.
