目的:观察3种不同树脂粘结系统处理后,玻璃纤维桩与根管不同深度粘结界面情况,从微观结构的不同探索最佳临床选择。方法:15颗完整离体单根牙于釉牙骨质界冠方2 mm处截冠。根管治疗后分3组修复:玻璃纤维桩+3M Unicem组、玻璃纤维桩+可乐丽DC Core组、玻璃纤维桩+Luxacore组。包埋后切片对牙根上下两部分进行扫描电镜观察粘结界面形态。结果:3M Unicem自粘接树脂水门汀与根管牙本质仅形成混合层,牙根冠根段均未发现树脂突结构;DC Core一步法自酸蚀与根管冠方牙本质形成数目可观的树脂突,而随根管深度增加,树脂突数量减少;Luxacore全酸蚀组在整个根管段都可见大量明显的树脂突。结论:纤维桩的粘结状况与粘结材料、根管部位等因素相关。全酸蚀三步法在微观界面上可达到最佳粘结效果。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the bonding interface between glass fiber posts and root canal after three kinds of different resin bonding systems, and explore the best clinical choice from the different microstructure. METHODS: Fifteen intact isolated single teeth were crowned at a crown of 2 mm at the glazed cementum. After root canal treatment, three groups were repaired: glass fiber pile + 3M Unicem group, glass fiber pile + Kuraray DC Core group, fiberglass pile + Luxacore group. After embedding, the upper and lower parts of root were observed by scanning electron microscope to observe the morphology of the interface. Results: 3M Unicem self-adhesive resin cement and root canal dentin formed only a mixed layer, root crowns of the root were not found resin protruding structure; DC Core one-step self-etching and root canal dentin formation considerable number of resin bumps , While the number of resin protrusions decreased with the increase of root canal depth. A large number of obvious resin protrusions were observed in the entire root canal section of the Luxacore total erosion group. Conclusion: The bonding status of fiber posts is related to the bonding materials, root canal position and other factors. All-acid etching three-step method in the micro-interface can achieve the best bonding effect.
