胃苏冲剂系纯中药制剂,可以抑制胃酸分泌,降低胃液酸度,降低胃蛋白酶活力,并且可以增强胃肠蠕动和收缩力,对胃粘膜损伤有明显的保护作用。西沙比利是一种全胃肠促动力药物,它刺激肌间神经丛的运动神经元的5HT_4受体,使之释放乙酰胆硷,增强食管体部及胃的蠕动收缩,增强胃排空。 中医理论认为:胃为水谷之腑,以通为用,以降为顺,不降则壅滞为病,胃气壅滞,轻则为胀,重则为痛,胃下垂是由于胃的张力低蠕动和收缩功能差,排空慢,胃的动力障碍所致。中西药联合应用治疗胃下垂,就是利用中西药最有效的全胃肠促动力作用,改善了胃的胀力,增强胃的蠕动及收缩,加快胃排空,从而增加胃的动力,使胃的动力及功能恢复正常。笔者自1995年以来,门诊采用胃苏冲剂与西沙比利联合应用治疗胃下垂68例,其中治愈31例,约占45.6％,好转37例,约占54.3％,总有效率达100％。随机治疗对照组73例中,治愈22例,约占30.1％,好转43例,约占58.9％,无效8例,约占10.l％,总有效率为89％,临床资料表明,胃苏冲剂与西沙比利联合应用治疗胃下垂,疗效远远高于随机治疗对照组,而且副作用少,值得临床推广验用。
