本文给出了一种基于时域有限差分(FDTD)法,提取多导体互连线等效电路频变分布参数的时域全波方法.提取出的频率分布参数可用来研究含有多种导体互连线的高速集成电路(VLSI)系统的时域响应.由于在全波分析中电压和电流没有唯一的定义,本文还给出了基于不同电压、电流定义而得到的电路参数之间的转换关系.计算结果表明:这种方法是可靠的.
In this paper, a time-domain full-wave method based on the FDTD method is proposed to extract the frequency-dependent distribution parameters of the equivalent circuit of a multi-conductor interconnection. The extracted frequency distribution parameters can be used to study the time domain response of a high speed integrated circuit (VLSI) system with multiple conductor interconnects. Since there is no unique definition of voltage and current in full wave analysis, this paper also gives the conversion relationship between circuit parameters based on different voltage and current definitions. The calculation results show that this method is reliable.
