早搏后窦性激动在心房内的传导因受早搏的影响而发生变化,表现为心电图上 P 波及 P—R 间期的异常,文献上称之为房内差异性传导;具有重要的临床意义。本文提供5幅典型图片加以讨论,以期引起临床重视。临床资料与心电图分析5幅图片出自5例心脏病患者,其中男性4例女性1例,平均年龄61岁(56～74岁);心电图图片如下。
