我院于1986年5月至1988年7月先后遇到急性心肌梗塞(下称心梗)4例,休克初期均在病家抢救,报告于下。一、临床资料 4例均为男性;最小49岁,最大64岁。3例有多年的高血压病、高血脂症病史,1例有冠心病房颤史。在家治疗时间6小时以内2例,36小时1例,72小时1例。转送上级医院治疗后,3例存活,1例并发脑栓
Our hospital from May 1986 to July 1988 met with acute myocardial infarction (hereinafter referred to as myocardial infarction) in 4 cases, the initial shock were sick in the rescue, the report below. First, the clinical data of 4 cases were men; the youngest 49 years old, maximum 64 years old. 3 cases have many years of hypertension, history of hyperlipidemia, 1 case of coronary heart disease atrial fibrillation history. At home within 6 hours of treatment time in 2 cases, 36 hours in 1 case, 72 hours in 1 case. Transferred to the higher hospital after treatment, 3 patients survived, 1 case of cerebral embolism
