目的检测环氧化酶(COX)2及细胞增殖核抗原Ki67蛋白在肾癌组织中的表达,探讨COX2在肾癌发生发展中的意义及其与细胞增殖的关系。方法采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白生物素过氧化物酶免疫组织化学染色。结果COX2在肾癌中的表达率为23/45,主要为癌组织的表达,而在癌旁正常组织中无表达或弱表达,COX2的高表达与肿瘤的分级(P<0.01)、分期(P<0.01)与分型(χ2=10.761,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义;Ki67在全部肾癌组织中均有表达,而在癌旁正常组织中低表达,程度不同,与分级(P=0.000)、分期(P<0.01)与分型(χ2=40.853,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义;COX2与Ki67的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肾癌中COX2的高表达与肾癌的分级、分期、分型及细胞增殖有关。
Objective To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase (COX) 2 and Ki67 in renal cell carcinoma (RCC), and to explore the significance of COX2 in the development and progression of renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with cell proliferation. Methods streptomycin avidin biotin peroxidase immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rate of COX2 in renal cell carcinoma was 23/45, which was mainly expressed in cancerous tissues, but not in the adjacent normal tissues. The overexpression of COX2 correlated with tumor grade (P <0.01), stage ( (P <0.01) and type (χ2 = 10.761, P <0.01). The expression of Ki67 in all renal cell carcinoma tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues (P <0.01) = 0.000). There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 40.853, P <0.01). The expression of COX2 and Ki67 had statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The high expression of COX2 in renal cell carcinoma is related to the classification, staging, typing and cell proliferation of renal cell carcinoma.
