本文对327例临床诊断为癫痫的EEG资料作以分析,其中60例有CT对照。 1.临床资料:本组男205例,女102例,年龄4～61岁,平均25.9岁。属于大发作209例,小发作14例,精神运动型发作21例,局限性发作16例,植物神经性发作9例,阵挛性发作6例,混合性发作52例。本组伴有智力低下或(和)肢体瘫痪32例。CT扫描60例,其中距EEG描记的时间 <7天14例,8～14天13例,15～30天11例,1～3个月6例,>3个月16例。
In this paper, 327 cases of epilepsy clinically diagnosed as EEG data for analysis, of which 60 cases with CT control. 1. Clinical data: The group of 205 males and 102 females, aged 4 to 61 years, mean 25.9 years old. One hundred and ninety-nine cases were major episodes, 14 were minor attacks, 21 were psychomotor attacks, 16 were localized attacks, 9 were autonomic attacks, 6 were clonic seizures, and 52 were mixed attacks. The group with mental retardation (or) limb paralysis in 32 cases. Sixty patients underwent CT scan, of which 14 were less than 7 days from EEG, 13 from 8 to 14 days, 11 from 15 to 30 days, 6 from 1 to 3 months and 16 from 3 months.
