亲体肝移植术是治疗小儿终末期肝脏疾病的有效手段,但因其手术存在难度高、创伤大、风险大、并发症多、护理难度大等特点,完善的围手术期患儿护理对于应对大手术创伤及术后恢复具有非常重要的意义。天津市第一中心医院移植外科、手术室、移植监护室针对婴幼儿肝移植的围手术期护理有一整套行之有效的护理方案,通过术前严密的检查和评估,充分的术前准备、完善的术中护理和术后监测及护理,确保患儿手术的顺利完成。本文总结天津市第一中心医院2015年1-12月收治的70例亲体肝移植患儿围手术期护理资料,从心理、术前、术中、术后护理等方面进行总结。
