本文研究了锻热预处理(锻后直接淬火加600℃高温回火)对最终淬火和低温回火(180℃)的45钢的显微组织和性能的影响。观察和测定了显微组织、奥氏体晶粒尺寸及机械性能。结果表明,与正火和锻后空冷相比,这种型式的预处理可以细化淬火钢的奥氏体晶粒,同时可提高钢的韧性和塑性。由此可以认为,用锻热预处理代替正火是可能的。
In this paper, the effect of forging heat treatment (direct quenching after forging plus high temperature tempering at 600 ℃) on the microstructure and properties of 45 steel after final quenching and low temperature tempering (180 ℃) was studied. The microstructure and austenite grain size and mechanical properties were observed and measured. The results show that, compared with normalizing and forging air-cooling, this type of pretreatment can refine the austenite grains of hardened steel and improve the toughness and ductility of the steel. It can therefore be assumed that it is possible to replace normalizing with forged heat pretreatment.
