一、前言在选矿设备中,水泵、管道、磨机衬板和磨体(磨球和磨棒),选煤设备的跳汰机、浮选机、斜轮和洗槽等,都是在中性水中工作。这些设备的磨损不但受到磨料的作用,而且受到严重的腐蚀作用,这种腐蚀是电化学腐蚀,由金属内部不同组织的不同电极电位而引起。这种磨损叫腐蚀磨损,其过程是物理的、化学的和机械的综合作用,其机理是极其复杂的,迄今研究得还不很充分。腐蚀磨损(简称湿磨)比纯磨料磨损(简称干磨)要严重得多。例如,球磨机磨球的磨损,湿磨比于磨高10倍。
