“秘书不好当”.做过秘书工作的人或多或少都有这方面的体会.尤其在党政一把手或军政一把手产生矛盾时,秘书就更难当.如果领导之间的分歧是大是大非的原则问题,那好办,旗帜鲜明地站在正确的一方就是了.事实上,我们所碰到的领导之间的矛盾,绝大多数都是工作中的分歧;有的也隐藏着或间杂着我说了算的意气之争.在这种情况下,领导双方往往不是面对面地商量解决问题,而常常是通过秘书来沟通联系,秘书也就身不由己地被夹在了矛盾中间.在这种不正常的环境中,秘书怎样才能搞好工作呢?根据我个人的体会,我认为主要应当做到如下几个方面.
