本文简述了MPEG的视频压缩算法,并在介绍C-Cube的VideoRISCProcessor芯片的基础上,给出了实时的MPEG-1视频编码器的实现方案,简单地讨论了输出缓存器的控制策略问题。
In this paper, the MPEG video compression algorithm is briefly introduced. Based on introducing the C-Cube’s VideoRISCProcessor chip, a real-time implementation of MPEG-1 video encoder is given. The control strategy of the output buffer is simply discussed.
