泉港区是福建省重要的石化工业龙头地区,泉港区内有较多企业,对繁荣地区经济,扩大社会就业和优化经济结构等方面发挥了重要的作用。当前,社会经济发展迅速,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中得到发展,必须要意识到国内经济发展的紧张趋势。但是企业在发展过程中,受企业规模扩展等因素影响较大,影响泉港区的用工规模需求,企业的用工难也成为制约该地经济发展的主要瓶颈。如何解决用工难问题,成为政府部门需要迫切解决的问题。本文主要针对泉港区企业用工情况进行调查,展开深入思考。
Quangang District is an important petrochemical industry leading area in Fujian Province. Quangang District has many enterprises that play an important role in boosting regional economy, expanding social employment and optimizing economic structure. At present, with the rapid social and economic development, if enterprises want to develop in fierce market competition, they must be aware of the tense trend of domestic economic development. However, in the course of development, the enterprises are greatly affected by factors such as the expansion of the scale of the enterprises, which affect the scale of employment in Quangang District and the employment of enterprises is also the main bottleneck restricting the economic development in this area. How to solve the difficult problem of employment has become an issue urgently solved by government departments. This article mainly for Quangang enterprises employment survey, in-depth thinking.
