应用系统工程中的 AHP方法 ,对在建工程陕西投资大厦建设工期进度问题进行了方案模拟分析 ,认为如果加强施工队伍的组织管理 ,合理使用施工作业人员 ,建立多层次的施工平台 ,物流合理配置 ,能达到缩短工期 ,提高经济效益的目的。本文的模拟分析 ,其数据来源于在建工程的设计方案之中 ,因此 ,模拟结论具有较强的可信性 .而且 ,提出的优化施工组织的设计方案对其它同类工程也具有较强的可操作性 .
The AHP method in system engineering was used to simulate and analyze the construction schedule of the construction project of Shaanxi Investment Building under construction.
