立人小学是公租房配套小学,全校一千七百多位学生,90%都是进城务工随迁子女。很大部分家长没有时间、缺少方法对孩子进行有效的家庭教育,导致学生在文明礼仪、卫生安全等方面自律自理能力明显不足。我校着力于学生的养成教育,从制度上着手,从细处着眼,构建全方位、多渠道的评价管理体系,努力将学生培养成为好学、自理、自立之人。
Liren Elementary School is a public rental housing supporting primary school, the school more than 1,700 students, 90% of migrant children migrant workers. Most parents do not have time and lack the means to carry out effective family education for their children, resulting in a clear lack of self-discipline among students in civilized etiquette, health and safety.
