为进一步探讨痰饮丸的扶正培本作用,我们曾先后报告了痰饮丸对CCl_4中毒动物肝脏,胰腺,胃肠和脾脏等的影响。以说明痰饮丸的补脾作用。本文报告痰饮丸对肾脏损害的保护作用并初步探讨其补肾作用。材料和方法家兔40只,豚鼠63只,小白鼠20只,给药及注CCl4等方法详见陕西新医药1982年8期痰饮丸补脾作用的形态学观察。多数动物于停注CCl4后1—2天处死,少数于7,10、14及21天处死,取左侧肾组织数小块,石蜡切片,HE染色,作一般组织学观察,并作组织化学染色,观察核糖核酸(RNA),碱性磷酸酶
In order to further explore the role of Qiju Pills in strengthening the body, we have reported the effects of Qiju Pills on the liver, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, and spleen of CCl_4 poisoned animals.
