这次全国食品工业会议,主要是请大家来研究《全国食品工业发展纲要》的贯彻实施问题。这个纲要,是在中央和国务院领导同志的关怀下制订的,它总结了建国以来食品工业发展中正反两方面的经验,体现了党的十一届三中全会以来党中央和国务院对发展食品工业的一系列指示精神,是指导我国食品工业发展的重要文件,已经国务院批准,希望各地区、各部门结合实际情况,采取有力措施,认真组织实施。
The National Food Industry Conference is mainly to ask everyone to study the implementation of the “Outline of the National Food Industry Development Program.” This outline was formulated under the care of the leaders of the Central Government and the State Council. It summarized the positive and negative aspects of the development of the food industry since the founding of the People’s Republic of China and reflected the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s development of food since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee. The spirit of a series of instructions from industry is an important document guiding the development of China’s food industry. It has been approved by the State Council. It is hoped that all regions and departments will take effective measures and organize their implementation in light of actual conditions.
