解释了利用高频雷达探测海洋表面流的基本原理，简要介绍了新研制的海态监测分析雷达OSMAR的组成及其工作流程，着重分析了利用OSMAR探测北部湾海流的实验结果．
The principle of detecting ocean surface flow using high frequency radar is explained. The composition and workflow of the newly developed OSMAR for offshore monitoring and analysis radar are briefly introduced. The experimental results of using OSMAR to detect the current in the Beibu Gulf are emphatically analyzed.
