动力学分光光度法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ),已有报导,均是利用催化显色或催化褪色反应作为指示反应。作者发现,在氨水介质中,铜(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化乙基紫(EV)等三苯甲烷类碱性染料褪色的反应有阻化作用,我们对其进行研究,并对影响反应速度的因素进行试验,采用固定时间法,以流水冷却终止反应。试验结果表明,铜(Ⅱ)含量在0—4μg/25ml范围内,logA/Ao与Ccu(Ⅰ)呈良好线性,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(582)=3.16×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。拟定了测定环境水样中痕量铜的新方法,结果满意。
Kinetic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace copper (Ⅱ) has been reported as catalytic reaction or catalytic fading reaction. The authors found that copper (II) has a resistance to the discoloration of triphenylmethane base dyes such as ethylhydroxybenzoate (EV) by hydrogen peroxide in ammonia media. We investigated the effect of copper (II) on the reaction rate The factors of the experiment, the use of fixed time method, to quench the flow of water to terminate the reaction. The results showed that the log A / Ao and Ccu (Ⅰ) showed good linearity and the apparent molar absorptivity ε 582 = 3.16 × 10 ~ 5l · mol ~ (- 1) · cm ~ (-1). A new method was developed for the determination of trace copper in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
