直接轧制工艺是一项重大的节能降成本的技术。为了探究直接轧制工艺产品的组织与力学性能的特点,本文进行了现场试验。通过控制开轧温度,研究了150 mm×150 mm方坯直接轧制时开轧温度(900~1000℃)对其产品组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着开轧温度降低,产品铁素体晶粒细化,铁素体占比降低;试验产品的晶粒度为11级,直接轧制可以获得较传统轧制更加细化的晶粒。
Direct rolling process is a major energy-saving technology. In order to explore the characteristics of the organization and mechanical properties of the direct rolling process, this paper carried out field experiments. By controlling the temperature of open rolling, the effect of open rolling temperature (900 ~ 1000 ℃) on the microstructure and properties of the 150 mm × 150 mm billet direct rolling was studied. The results show that with the decrease of the open rolling temperature, the ferrite grain refinement of the product decreases, and the proportion of ferrite decreases. The grain size of the test product is 11 grades, and the direct rolling can obtain more refined crystals than the conventional rolling grain.
