寻常痤疮、酒渣鼻等是临床常见的皮肤病,我们在本院协定处方的基础上改进,研制了复方甲硝唑擦剂,经临床使用,取得了较好疗效,现介绍如下: 1 复方甲硝唑擦剂的制备 1.1 处方:甲硝唑15g,氯霉素10g,水杨酸5g,薄荷脑2g,甘油40g,75％乙醇加至1000ml。 1.2 制法:分别称取水杨酸、甲硝唑、氯霉素依次溶于适量乙醇中,滤过,将薄荷脑及甘油加于滤液中,加乙醇使成1000ml,搅匀,分装于50ml塑料瓶中即得。 2 临床应用 2.1 病例资料:痤疮患者30例(男12例、女18例),年龄18～40岁。酒渣鼻患者24例(男21例、女3例),年龄34～66岁。 2.2 用法:外用,涂于患处,每日3次。 2.3 疗效判定标准: 2.3.1 痤疮:显效:症状完全消失;有效:炎性丘疹及脓疱减少,自觉疼痛减轻;无效:症状无改变。 2.3.2 酒渣鼻:显效:症状完全消失;有效:毛细血
