基础学科的发展具有战略意义。为了加速我国的基础学科的发展,本文对加强有关基础学科发展状况的科技统计工作、基础学科的分类、不同类别基础学科的政策调控原则与方式、基础学科优先发展序列的选择、基础性研究经费的筹措与管理、基础性研究人才的培养、队伍的稳定以及扩大国际间科技人才的交流等问题,提出了一系列政策建议,并做了相应论证。
The development of basic disciplines is of strategic importance.
