21世纪10年代,我国经济的持续快速增长将成为奠定我国长期稳定发展的重要基础。我国的综合国力和现实情况说明,在经济社会发展处于复杂多变的环境下,改革对于经济发展、社会稳定、生活提高具有决定性的作用。依靠改革实现制度创新显得越来越迫切和越来越重要。改革已真正到了一个整体攻坚的阶段,一个必须在一些诸如所有制改革等一些重要方面取得实质性突破的关键时期,只有通过改革,才能确实解决目前的经济社会快速和稳定发展中存在的各种制度性障碍
In the 1010s of the 21st century, sustained and rapid economic growth in China will become an important foundation for the long-term stable development of China.
