目的通过对梅毒血清固定患者血清中IFN-γ,IL-2,TNF-α,IL-12,IL-10和IL-4水平进行检测,以评估上述指标在梅毒血清固定患者免疫细胞中的作用。方法纳入梅毒血清固定患者38例,治疗后梅毒血清阴性患者34例,未治疗梅毒患者32例,健康体检者作为对照组45例。采用酶联免疫吸附法双抗体夹心法测定所有试验对象的血清指标水平。应用SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果 (1)梅毒血清固定患者血清IFN-γ,IL-2,TNF-α和IL-12水平低于梅毒未治疗组、梅毒治疗后阴性组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),余三组间上述血清指标间的比较差异无统计学意义;(2)梅毒血清固定患者体内血清IL-10和IL-4水平显著高于梅毒未治疗组、梅毒治疗后阴性组及梅毒血清固定组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),除梅毒血清固定组外余三组间IL-10和IL-4水平在各组中的比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 Th1型细胞因子在梅毒血清固定患者体内水平较正常人降低,Th2型细胞因子水平增高,Th1/Th2型细胞免疫反应失衡与梅毒血清固定关系密切,机体细胞免疫抑制可能是导致梅毒患者产生血清固定的原因。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the role of above indexes in the immune cells of patients with syphilis sera by detecting the serum levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, TNF-α, IL-12, IL-10 and IL- . Methods Thirty-eight patients with syphilis were included in the study. After treatment, 34 patients were seronegative seronegative, 32 patients were untreated syphilis, and 45 were healthy controls. Serum levels of all the test subjects were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Apply SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results (1) Serum levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, TNF-α and IL-12 in patients with syphilis sera were lower than those in untreated patients with syphilis, negative patients with syphilis and controls, with significant difference (P < 0.05). The serum levels of IL-10 and IL-4 in the serum-fixed patients with syphilis were significantly higher than those in the untreated group, the negative group after syphilis treatment and Syphilis serum fixation group, the difference was statistically significant (P all <0.05), except syphilis serum fixation group of the remaining three groups of IL-10 and IL-4 levels in each group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Th1-type cytokines in patients with syphilis serum lower than normal, Th2-type cytokines levels increased, Th1 / Th2-type immune response imbalance and syphilis serum is closely related to the body’s cellular immune suppression may lead to syphilis patients produce serum Fixed reason.
