目的检测IL-23在尖锐湿疣中的表达情况,探讨IL-23在尖锐湿疣发病中的作用。方法用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测36例尖锐湿疣患者及24例对照人群外周血中IL-23的表达水平,实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)检测两组外周血中IL-23 mRNA的表达水平。结果 CA组患者外周血中IL-23的蛋白水平为15.822ng/L,高于对照组3.906ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.004);尖锐湿疣患者组IL-23mRNA的表达量为0.001 449±0.000 831,健康对照组IL-23 mRNA的表达量为0.000 987±0.000 611,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论尖锐湿疣患者外周血中IL-23的表达升高,提示IL-23可能在尖锐湿疣的发病中起作用。
Objective To detect the expression of IL-23 in condyloma acuminatum and to explore the role of IL-23 in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum. Methods The levels of IL-23 in peripheral blood of 36 patients with condyloma acuminatum and 24 controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of IL-23 mRNA in peripheral blood were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-PCR) The expression level. Results The protein level of IL-23 in peripheral blood was 15.822ng / L in CA group, which was significantly higher than that in control group (3.906ng / L, P = 0.004). The expression of IL-23mRNA in CA group was 0.001 449 ± 0.000 831, the expression of IL-23 mRNA in healthy control group was 0.000 987 ± 0.000 611, with statistical significance (P = 0.025). Conclusion The expression of IL-23 in peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminatum is increased, suggesting that IL-23 may play a role in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum.
