目的:分析目前国际上有关粘细菌微生物类群产生生物活性物质的研究进展,为在我国开展粘细菌资源的利用提供参考。方法:在对粘细菌产生生物活性物质的特点全面分析的基础上,按生物活性物质的作用机制进行分析讨论。结果:从近20年的研究结果看,粘细菌不但产生非常丰富的次级代谢产物,而且产物具有结构新,种类多,产生菌比率高,作用机制多样等特点。但由于早期粘细菌研究操作的困难,开展有关工作的实验室很少,目前几乎无商业化产品,但已有些活性物质如epothilons引起医药界的广泛注视。结论:粘细菌是新型生物活性物质筛选的优良资源。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the current research progress on the bioactive substances produced by the myxobacteria in the world and provide a reference for the utilization of the myxobacteria resources in China. Methods: Based on a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of bioactive substances produced by myxobacteria, the mechanism of bioactive substances was analyzed and discussed. Results: According to the results of the past 20 years, myxobacteria not only produce very rich secondary metabolites, but also have the characteristics of new structure, variety, high ratio of producing bacteria and diverse mechanism of action. However, due to the difficulties of early myxobacteria research and operation, there are few laboratories involved in this field and few commercial products are available so far. However, some active substances such as epothilons have attracted wide attention in the pharmaceutical industry. Conclusion: Myxobacteria are a good resource for screening new bioactive substances.
